Climb Stronger, Move Better, Recover Faster
Unlock Your Body’s Full Potential with Structural Integration
Climbing challenges every part of your body—strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. But tightness, misalignment, and movement inefficiencies can hold you back. Structural Integration helps you move with ease, recover faster, and climb stronger by addressing the root causes of tension and restriction.
What If You Could…
✔️ Feel lighter and more fluid on the wall—without stiffness holding you back?
✔️ Improve your body mechanics for more efficient movement and injury prevention?
✔️ Increase mobility and flexibility in your hips, shoulders, and spine?
✔️ Recover faster from intense sessions so you can train harder?
Structural Integration isn’t just about bodywork —
it’s a full-body, movement-based approach to access your body’s potential.
What Is Structural Integration?
Structural Integration (SI) is a systematic, hands-on approach to improving alignment, mobility, and body awareness by working with your fascia—the connective tissue that supports and organizes your body. By releasing tension and retraining movement patterns, SI helps climbers achieve:
✅ Greater flexibility—open up restricted areas like hips, shoulders, and spine
✅ Better posture and balance—find your natural alignment for stronger movement
✅ More efficient climbing technique—reduce unnecessary effort and move with ease
✅ Less pain and fewer injuries—address overuse patterns before they become chronic
You don’t just feel better—you move, stand, and climb with more power, control, and ease.
Why Climbers Need Structural Integration
Climbing places high demands on your body, leading to:
🚧 Overuse injuries from repetitive movement patterns
🚧 Tight shoulders and hips that limit mobility and efficiency
🚧 Imbalances between pulling strength and core stability
🚧 Chronic tension in forearms, fingers, and lower back
Structural Integration works by releasing restrictions and retraining movement, so you can climb harder with less effort and stay injury-free.
That Dreaded Climber’s Hunch
You want to be known for the way you crush, not for your climber’s hunch. Hours of pulling can leave your shoulders rounded and tight. Add to that belaying and neck strain, and your posture takes a hit. Structural Integration helps you stand taller, prouder and move with more ease—on and off the wall.
Not a climber? No problem.

How It Works
Each session combines three powerful components:
1. Hands-On Structural Bodywork
Deep, targeted work to release tight fascia, improve posture, and restore natural movement. Unlike massage, this approach realigns your whole body, not just isolated areas of pain.
2. Movement Education
Learn to move efficiently off of the wall —reduce tension, improve footwork, and engage the right muscles for effortless climbing. Simple take-home techniques ensure lasting improvements.
3. Body Awareness & Injury Prevention
Identify movement habits that cause strain and learn how to move smarter, not harder—keeping you climbing strong for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Structural Integration is a modality that combines bodywork that focuses on aligning the body by working with fascia (connective tissue) + movement education + somatic awareness. It helps to release tension, improve posture, increase wellbeing, and create more ease and balance in the body.
It’s in a class of it’s own and will leave you feeling better than before. -
We start with a conversation about your body—how you feel, how you move, and any areas of discomfort or restriction. I’ll assess your posture and movement patterns, looking for imbalances or tension that may be affecting your alignment and ease.
Sessions are interactive—you won’t just lie on the table. You’ll be guided through subtle movements while I work, allowing us to access deeper layers of tension. You’ll also move between the table, a chair, and standing positions to explore how shifts in alignment feel in different postures. Throughout, we’ll have an ongoing discussion, not just about what you're noticing, but about the deeper connection between your body and mind, helping you develop greater somatic awareness.
Before you leave, we’ll reassess your posture and movement to ensure there’s a noticeable change. I may also give you simple movement exercises to reinforce the work and help you maintain the benefits between sessions—so you walk out feeling more balanced, aligned, and attuned to your body. -
Each one-hour session costs $240*
Unlike acupuncture or chiropractic care, where the practitioner may only spend a few minutes with you, Structural Integration is a full-hour, high-touch, one-on-one session focused entirely on you. Each session is designed to create deep, lasting change by addressing your body’s unique movement patterns, restrictions, and alignment.
This is an investment in your long-term mobility, recovery, and performance.

The number of sessions varies based on your individual needs and goals. Many clients notice meaningful improvements after just one session, while deeper, more lasting transformation often requires a series of appointments.
Some choose to complete a structured 10-session series, systematically addressing the entire body from head to toe. Others prefer to schedule sessions as needed, based on how they feel. After an initial series, many clients continue with periodic tune-ups to maintain alignment and wellbeing.
Ultimately, the right approach depends on what works best for you. We can discuss your goals and create a plan that supports your long-term mobility, alignment, and overall quality of life.
