Services

Hello Alignment offers Structural Integration bodywork and Vedic Meditation instruction. This work supports wellbeing and movement; it is not medical care, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor.

Booking, payment, and pricing

Sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling. Each one-hour Structural Integration session is $240; climbing gym members receive a 15% discount. Prices may change; the price shown at booking applies.

Cancellation policy

24 hours' advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment for your deposit to be refunded and to avoid being charged. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full session price. Cancellations take effect when you receive a confirmation email; if you don't receive one, contact maya@helloalignment.com right away.

Insurance

Services are not covered by insurance. You may be able to use FSA or HSA funds with a doctor's note.

Liability

You agree to share relevant health information so sessions can be adapted safely, and to participate within your own comfort. To the extent permitted by law, Hello Alignment is not liable for outcomes arising from services provided.
